Previously On…The Voice Season 15 Who’s the Top 13?

Previously On The Voice, the Top 24 were getting ready to perform live for the first time in front of America. They had already gotten advice from their coaches Adam Levine, Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson, and Blake Shelton along with special mentors Halsey, CeeLo Green, Keith Urban, and Thomas Rhett. The creme de la creme came in the form of Key Adviser, Mariah Carey. These 24 had survived the Battle Rounds, Knockouts, and now, they went live. You can see who the top 24 were right here!

This week, the Top 24 performed for their lives but sadly, only 13 would make it on to next week. Three singers from each team were eliminated, essentially cutting the teams in half. Two people were saved by America’s vote while each coach could save one person. You’re probably saying, “but that would only equal twelve contestants and there will be 13.” Well, as you may remember, Kelsea Ballerini was brought on as a “fifth” coach, mentoring a handful of singers who did not garner a chair turn, also known as the Comeback Stage. Her segments can be seen on nbc.com and two artists of Kelsea’s choosing, Ayanna Joni and Lynnea Moorer, were brought back to perform for the night. Twitter got to decide who would end up staying and it was overwhelmingly (87%) Lynnea and she got to pick one of the coaches and become a part of their newly formed teams. She chose Kelly.

So, how do the teams now look going into next week? Here’s who remains:

TEAM ADAM:

  • Tyke James (coach’s choice)
  • DeAndre Nico (America)
  • Reagan Strange (America)

TEAM KELLY:

  • Kymberli Joye (coach’s choice)
  • Sarah Grace (America)
  • Lynnea Moorer (Comeback)
  • Chevel Shepherd (America)

TEAM JENNIFER:

  • SandyRedd (coach’s choice)
  • Kennedy Holmes (America)
  • Makenzie Thomas (America)

TEAM BLAKE:

  • Dave Fenley (coach’s choice)
  • Kirk Jay (America)
  • Chris Kroeze (America)
