Shooter Season 2 Cut Short After Ryan Phillippe Breaks Leg

It has been announced that Shooter season 2 will halt production due to their lead actor, Ryan Phillippe being injured. Phillippe, who plays Bob Lee Swagger on the USA hit series, broke his leg during a family outing on July 16th. He took to twitter to explain to his fans what happened.

Prior to these tweets there was another one simply saying “this sucks,” couldn’t have said it better myself. Shooter season 2 was set to be a 10 episode season but production says that they had to shut down production at the eighth episode. We wish Ryan a speedy recovery!
